Kobe Campbell is an award-winning trauma therapist, bestselling author, and sought-after consultant dedicated to helping public-facing professionals navigate the intersection of mental health, faith, and relationships. With a deep understanding of trauma and healing, she specializes in supporting individuals in high-visibility roles—leaders, creatives, and professionals—who carry the weight of their work while striving for personal and emotional well-being. As the founder of The Healing Circle Therapy & Wellness Center, Kobe provides therapy, mental health coaching, speaking engagements, and retreats that create safe spaces for transformation. She is also the author of Why Am I Like This?, a powerful exploration of trauma, healing, and faith.

Beyond her client work, Kobe is a trusted consultant for film, television, and literary projects, ensuring that mental health, trauma, and relational experiences are portrayed with depth, authenticity, and sensitivity. Through her consulting, she helps creatives craft narratives that honor real human experiences, fostering greater empathy and awareness in media. With a quarter of a million social media followers, Kobe shares daily insights on healing, faith, and wholeness, building a community of people seeking to break cycles and find wholeness. She is also the visionary behind OASIS, a premier mental health retreat for Christian women looking to reclaim their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

As the 2025 keynote speaker for the Black Girls in Social Work Conference, Kobe brings her unique blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and compassionate truth-telling to inspire, challenge, and pour into those who do the work of healing others.

  • Founder of Social Roots LLC

    Roicia Banks, MSW, is a Social Worker, Consultant, and Founder of Social Roots LLC, a community-driven consultancy that supports families impacted by trauma through culturally aligned, holistic care. With a background in African & African American Studies, Political Science, Social Work, and Federal Indian Law, Roicia combines traditional practice with innovative, community-centered solutions—especially for African American and Indigenous populations.

    Since launching Social Roots in 2018, she has led efforts to provide behavioral health support, advocacy, and creative programming that prioritizes mental, physical, spiritual, and financial well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that healthy families are essential to healthy communities.

    A first-generation college graduate and servant leader, Roicia was honored with the Martin Luther King Jr. Servant-Leadership Award by Arizona State University in 2022. Her approach continues to foster spaces where individuals and families are seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.


  • Founder of Social Work DISCovery

    Nadine Boyne is a UK-based Social Worker, workforce consultant, and founder of Social Work DISCovery™, a personal development academy empowering social workers through coaching, training, and mentoring. With over 20 years in children’s social care, she created the SAVI Approach (Self-Aware, Authentic, Valuing, Intentional) to guide professionals toward personal alignment and professional excellence.

    Nadine is the creator of the One Thing Challenge, a community-driven movement focused on intentional goal-setting, culminating in a London celebration in December 2025. She also co-leads initiatives like the Black and Asian Leadership Initiative (BALI) and Just Home, centering equity and cultural responsiveness in social work.

    A passionate speaker, future author of Social Work Is Not Self-Harm, and advocate for wellness in practice, Nadine helps social workers reconnect with purpose and lead from a place of clarity, resilience, and joy.


  • Founder of Harmonna Inclusive Wellbeing LLC

    Lauren Dike is a Certified Neurological Fitness Trainer, Somatic Practitioner, and DEI Strategist dedicated to helping individuals regulate stress and build nervous system resilience. After personally navigating anxiety-induced depression and the toll of being “the only” in professional spaces, Lauren discovered science-backed tools that transformed her well-being—and now teaches others how to do the same in just five minutes a day.

    With over 18 years of experience as a retired professional athlete, former finance executive, and organizational consultant, Lauren brings a unique blend of somatics, neuroscience, and equity-focused leadership to her work. She has supported clients across industries with expertise in performance, culture transformation, and behavioral change.

    Lauren chairs NASA’s 2024 ROSES Inclusion Panel and helped guide Zoetis in earning the 2024 Catalyst Award. She also founded the Renew H.E.R Program, empowering Atlanta-based Black women through well-being and self-empowerment initiatives.


  • Director of Population Health

    Jennifer Gantt, MHA, LMSW is the Director of Population Health at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina – Healthy Blue Medicaid. With a strong foundation in behavioral health and systems leadership, she brings a holistic lens to advancing community wellness and care coordination.

    Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, followed by a Master of Healthcare Administration from Purdue University Global. She has been recognized for her impact and leadership, receiving the Prisma Health Woman of Impact Award in 2018 and Manager of the Year in 2021.

    Beyond her professional work, Jennifer is deeply committed to mentorship, education, and service. She is especially passionate about empowering young girls and continues to give back to her community through volunteerism and advocacy.


  • Employee Assistance Consultant-AVP

    Tish Guerin, MSW, LCSW, is a corporate Mental Health Strategist with nearly 20 years of experience designing and leading wellness programs across sports, law, and corporate sectors. A Charlotte, NC native, Tish is currently the Employee Assistance Consultant–AVP at Wells Fargo, where she supports employee well-being through strategic mental health initiatives.

    Her dynamic career includes serving as Director of Player Wellness for the Carolina Panthers under the NFL, consulting with NASCAR Toyota Racing Development, and advising global law firm Alston & Bird on mental health strategy. Tish specializes in developing sustainable, high-impact programs that prioritize psychological safety, performance, and resilience in the workplace.

    Tish holds a BA from Winston-Salem State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is deeply committed to transforming how organizations approach mental health and well-being.


  • Director of Workforce Development and Philadelphia Connections

    Sierra McNeil, MSW, is a dedicated Social Worker, equity advocate, and President of NASW-Pennsylvania. As Director of Workforce Development, she leads statewide efforts to address behavioral health workforce challenges, build collaborative solutions, and champion systemic change for both students and professionals.

    Sierra is a 2024–2025 Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellow and a driving force behind initiatives like Pennsylvania’s Behavioral Health Residency Program, aimed at strengthening the future of the field. Her leadership and vision were recognized with the 2024 City & State PA Impact Award, honoring her commitment to advancing equity and transforming behavioral health systems across the state.


  • Associate of Social Work Discovery

    Katrina Thomas is a UK-based Social Worker, coach, and senior leader with over 17 years of experience in children’s social care. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, she is known for her strengths-based, relational leadership rooted in systemic theory and purposeful engagement.

    Katrina is also an associate of Social Work Discovery, where she co-facilitates reflective training, workshops, and the VIP (Very Intentional People) Gathering—a community space for growth and authentic connection among social workers. Her work centers on guiding individuals toward clarity, intention, and personal alignment in both life and leadership.

    A passionate mentor and advocate for purposeful living, Katrina blends deep reflection with practical insight to support others in discovering who they are and how they want to serve. She believes in the transformative power of community and connection, holding fast to the principle: No (Wo)Man is an Island.

    Jennifer Williams is a seasoned UK-based Social Worker, Leadership Coach, and Founder of Jenesis Global Consultancy Ltd, with over 30 years of experience driving transformation across social care systems. Her career spans frontline practice to senior leadership roles, where she has led strategic improvements and fostered inclusive, equitable environments.

    Jennifer partners with individuals and organizations to cultivate confident, compassionate leaders through personal development, coaching, and trauma-informed practices, including NLP, DISC, and hypnotherapy. Her consultancy empowers changemakers to navigate complexity and lead with authenticity.

    Inspired by the philosophy of ubuntu—“I am because we are”—learned during her studies in South Africa, Jennifer anchors her work in relational practice and collaborative leadership. She is committed to co-production and equity, advocating for systemic change that uplifts children, families, and communities around the globe.
