    Requirements: Master's degree in social work or a related field.

    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification preferred.

    Proven experience in membership development and increasing diversity and inclusion within an organization.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively disseminate concise information to members.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

    Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms.

    Familiarity with social work practices and the social work community in California is a plus.

    About the Position: The California National Association of Social Work Chapter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Membership and Communication Liaison. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our membership base, with a specific focus on increasing membership among young professionals and expanding relationships with MSW and BSW holders to transform longevity within our membership base. As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and the dissemination of concise information to our members. Preference will be given to candidates with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

    The Membership and Communication Social Worker Liaison is responsible, under the direction of the Chapter Executive Director, for leading, designing, and implementing the chapter’s membership program for the purposes of membership recruitment, retention, and active engagement.
